Our Head Chef, Craig Davies, draws influences from French and Asian flavours with texture and presentation all playing an integral part in creating exciting dishes from sustainably sourced ingredients selected from quality suppliers throughout the UK.
We are also proud to showcase ingredients from our very own walled garden throughout our menu options.

Our Dining Room serves dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm Wednesday to Sunday and is the perfect setting for the sublime a la carte and tasting menus Craig and his team produce.
Our Morning Room and Library Bar serves our casual lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 6pm to 9.30pm Wednesday to Sunday and provides a cosy and relaxed backdrop for any occasion.
We also serve afternoon tea from 2.30pm to 5.30pm Wednesday to Sunday. Our full afternoon tea includes a traditional service of finger sandwiches, fluffy scones and delectable cakes and sweet treats.
In the summer months, our South Terrace is also available for al fresco dining.
